As a functional administrator, you are the link between users, applications, and ICT specialists, ensuring that processes and applications within a specific sector are well-configured digitally and supporting collaboration.
What you do
- Ensure the continuous optimal functioning of applications for the Intake, Permits, Supervision & Enforcement (IVTH) sector
- Contribute to the setup and maintenance of links with national facilities such as the Digital Environmental Law System (DSO) and national basic registrations
- Create good (digital) services for users, collaborating broadly with colleagues within the chain and internal and external partners such as regional safety and environmental services
- Prioritize system accessibility
- Contribute to the optimization of processes, document flows, case-oriented work, and advise on the possibilities and use of applications
- Solve user problems by making a thorough inventory and analysis, and translate wishes and requirements into concrete changes
Profile
- Minimum a relevant completed HBO education in IT or process management, or at least HBO working and thinking level with extensive experience as a functional administrator or application administrator
- Strong preference for knowledge of PowerBrowser and/or IVTH processes
- Knowledge of or experience with agile working is a plus
- Results-oriented and finds satisfaction in achieving concrete results in a team context
- Can quickly navigate complex applications, quickly learns new things, and is analytically strong
- Eager to learn, good verbal and written communication skills, and open to new things and different perspectives
- Proactive and takes initiative to improve things
- Knowledge of standards such as BiSL, ASL, and/or ITIL and relevant laws and regulations (GDPR, information security) is a plus
