What you do
As a freelance architect, you take full responsibility for office design projects from A to Z. You effortlessly switch between strategic overview and site follow-up.
- Listen, understand, and guide clients to translate their needs into strong concepts.
- Conceive and develop coherent, functional, and aesthetic workspaces.
- Adapt and elaborate 2D and 3D plans according to technical requirements, prepare technical files, and select materials.
- Coordinate partners, monitor construction sites, and ensure quality up to delivery.
Profile
We are primarily looking for a committed personality who enjoys transforming ideas into concrete realizations.
- You are a versatile architect, strong in both creative concepts and technical and operational execution.
- You are organized, reliable, have great listening skills and patience, and are solution-oriented.
- Excellent command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and MS Office.
- You are bilingual French/Dutch or French/English.
- You can manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of quality, structure, and accuracy.
