You are responsible for training and guiding employees of partner organizations in the motorcycle sector.
- The focus is on imparting technical knowledge and skills.
- Your activities range from developing a training concept to actually delivering the training and (where necessary) refining the content based on periodic evaluations.
- You contribute to shaping new and existing training programs, based on training needs and in consultation with the program coordinator, taking into account the didactic guidelines of an international group.
- By following training and courses, you incorporate new developments into the training where necessary.
- In addition to giving training, you arrange for the ordering of the correct didactic material and, together with your team, draw up the complete planning.
- You work in the training centers of an international group and are open to occasional coaching assignments at motorcycle dealers.

- A (higher) technical education.
- Preferably several years of experience in a similar technical (automotive/motorcycle) function, with a strong affinity for motorcycles.
- An enthusiastic trainer who is driven to train, guide, and coach professionals.
- Excellent at translating theory into practice.
- Knowledge of the latest developments in motorcycle technology.
- Expert in electro-mechanical motorcycle systems.
- A pleasant, open personality with an intrinsic motivation to help people succeed in their careers and personal development.
- Fluent and structured communication.
- Perfectly bilingual or at least extremely comfortable giving training in Dutch and French.
