Human Resources and Organization Advisor

• Your role is diverse and looks ahead to future-oriented HR policy.
• You help the organization to develop further.
• You switch between advising, connecting, and building.
• In your region:
• You advise school directors and childcare managers on HR issues.
• You support, among other things, recruitment & selection, deployability, and professionalization.
• You are a point of contact for employees.
• At the organizational level:
• You develop and implement HR policy, with an emphasis on absenteeism, vitality, and sustainable employability.
• You lead innovative projects within your field.
• You translate laws and regulations (from both childcare and primary education collective agreements) into practice.
• Within the M&O team:
• You work closely with personnel administration to ensure regulations are properly executed and a specific HR system is kept up-to-date.
• You proactively make a constructive contribution to the team.

What they ask

• You are an accessible and firm advisor who easily switches between practice and policy within both childcare and education.
• You have completed a higher professional education (HBO+) or university (WO) degree (for example, in HRM or Business Administration).
• You are an all-round M&O professional who masters the broad field and can handle complex policy issues well.
• Experience in education or childcare is a plus.
