As an ICT Support Employee, you are indispensable for installing, replacing, repairing, or supporting various ICT components. You resolve complex malfunctions and assist users with peripherals. You will be deployed alternately in internal services, external services, and at distribution counters.
What you do
- Prepare distribution counters, focusing on organization and efficiency
- Responsible for logistics and orderly storage of ICT resources
- Install various devices
- Direct contact point for users regarding the delivery and commissioning of ICT resources
- Optimally set up workstations at various locations
- Address on-site disruptions
- Participate in large-scale replacement projects
- Maintain documentation, procedures, and guidelines for LAN use
- Maintain general hardware administration and other administrative tasks
- Perform technical operations, such as making connections in patch cabinets
- Guide suppliers during malfunctions and/or expansions
- Execute tasks during events, custom changes, projects, and special operations

- Proactive attitude and sense of responsibility
- Customer-friendly and accurate
- Ability to work independently, but also collaboratively in a team
- Work accurately and quickly apply new techniques
- Be flexible for on-call, weekend, or evening shifts
