As a Supply Chain Planner, you ensure that production, materials, and inventories are well aligned every day. You work closely with operations and translate current orders and information from production into a reliable plan for the next 24 hours. You will be part of a planning department where planners collaborate closely and will have extensive contact with various departments.
What you will do.
- Collect results and orders from the past 24 hours and coordinate the current situation with operators.
- Process information in systems and prepare the plan for the next 24 hours, taking into account capacity, different production steps, and the availability of ingredients and packaging materials.
- Establish and adjust short-term production planning.
- Process production data, bookings, and corrections in SAP.
- Order ingredients and packaging materials.
- Perform weekly and monthly inventory counts.
- Maintain the OMP planning tool as a key-user.
- Coordinate with production, QA, technology, and Supply Chain colleagues.
- Keep track of handovers, KPI files, and daily results.
- Check warehouse conditions and participate in daily visual cheese inspections.
Profile
- Minimum completed MBO 4 education, preferably in logistics or Supply Chain.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience with planning within a Supply Chain environment.
- Experience with SAP or another ERP system and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent command of Dutch; sufficient English to work with systems such as SAP.
- Work accurately and structured, able to set priorities independently and switch easily between daily tasks.
- Strong communication skills, proactive, flexible, and enjoys teamwork.
- Willingness to work according to applicable safety regulations.

- Experience within the food industry.
