As a personal supervisor, you support young people and young mothers with children who are struggling in many areas of their lives. You build a personal relationship with the participants and play an an active role in their well-being.
What you will do.
- Develop, monitor, and implement care trajectories
- Stimulate and coach participants in self-reliance, participation, and meaningful daily activities
- Provide structure and a safe and trusted living environment
- Actively participate in team meetings and case discussions to specifically determine what each individual participant needs
- Maintain good contact with external partners
Profile
- You have a completed HBO degree in social work or a related field
- You have a passion for young people and young mothers and want to help them achieve an independent life
- You are a Christian (Catholic, Protestant, etc.) and can articulate what that means to you
