A biological horticultural company within the social economy is looking for a temporary, part-time workshop supervisor for its processing department.
- The department prepares organic vegetables for companies, large kitchens, and projects.
What you will do.
- Wash and cut vegetables/herbs, either manually or mechanically.
- Weigh and package requested volumes.
- Prepare semi-finished products, such as mixtures of cut vegetables or pickled vegetables.
- Together with a colleague, lead a group of approximately 10 target group employees and actively participate in the workshop floor.
- Follow the daily planning and prepare the various productions (e.g., weighing and preparing vegetables and raw materials).
- Utilize employees' talents and teach them additional skills and machine usage.
- Perform final quality control of productions and prepare orders according to customer requirements.
- Maintain stock of vegetables, other ingredients, and packaging materials.
- Manage the cleaning and disinfection plan before, during, and after the production process.

- Sense of responsibility.
- Keen eye for finishing, quality, and hygiene measures.
- Enjoys actively working on the workshop floor.
- Ensures compliance with safety regulations.
- Empathy with target group employees and ability to guide them in their growth and work.
- A leader who can establish and maintain stability within the team.
- Familiarity with a professional (vegetable) kitchen.
- Punctual in maintaining logistical administration.
Education.
- Technical education (preferably kitchen/large kitchen).
- Experience in guiding employees is a plus.
