This position focuses on low to medium complexity operations within a close-knit surgical team.
- You will work exclusively day shifts, without evening, night, or weekend duties.

Profile
- A (nearly) completed MBO (intermediate vocational education) degree in Operating Room Assistant (MOZ).
- Two years of completed training as an operating room assistant are also welcome.
- A keen eye for detail and stress-resistant.
- Patient safety and quality are paramount.
- Work according to established protocols.
- Enjoy working collaboratively in a close-knit team.
- Motivated to further shape this new role.
- Enjoy taking initiative and bring a healthy dose of humor.
Practical aspects.
- You will work in an operating department with multiple operating rooms.
- You will join a dedicated OR team of over 200 colleagues, including 60 operating room assistants.
- Short lines of communication and a collegial, professional atmosphere.
- A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is required.
- Two references will be requested.
