You will take responsibility for your own branch, lead a team, and make a daily impact on the development of young people. This role combines entrepreneurship, management, and education. You will be given a lot of responsibility, ample freedom, and the opportunity to visibly contribute to the growth of students and the branch. As a branch manager, you are ultimately responsible for the success of your branch.
Thanks to your efforts, students receive the guidance that helps them learn more effectively, develop more self-confidence, and achieve better results. You run your own branch as an entrepreneur within the organization.
What you do
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of student supervisors
- Conducting intake, evaluation, and advisory discussions with students and parents
- Organizing schedules, administration, and action plans
- Building and maintaining relationships with schools and other stakeholders in the region
- Being visibly present at the branch and, where necessary, personally contributing to homework guidance
- Realizing growth, quality, and results within your branch
Profile
You are energized by combining education, management, and entrepreneurship. You are independent, decisive, and feel responsible for the success of your branch. Additionally, you know how to maintain an overview, identify opportunities, and build relationships with students, parents, schools, and colleagues. You understand that quality, commitment, and results go hand in hand. Experience in a leadership, coordinating, or entrepreneurial role will help you quickly succeed in this position.
