Within a Quality Social Domain team of a government organization, you play a central role in safeguarding and strengthening quality within the youth domain. You act as a project leader in the field of indication setting and support consultants by advising, motivating, and guiding them on content in the implementation of relevant legislation. Additionally, you are an important legal point of contact for complex cases.
What you will do.
- Conduct file research and assessments
- Actively contribute to the further development of work processes and the optimization of application setup
- Identify structural bottlenecks in the implementation of relevant legislation and translate these into concrete improvement proposals
- Contribute to the drafting and updating of work instructions, quality guidelines, and process agreements to promote uniform and lawful implementation
- Participate in substantive meetings and actively contribute to knowledge sharing and expertise development within the organization
- Temporarily strengthen capacity to reduce backlogs and ensure the continuity of quality work
- Support the team in developing a structural, future-proof approach
