Within a healthcare organization, an enthusiastic colleague is sought to support homeless individuals as a personal counselor. You will work at a specific location focused on this target group.
What you do
- Responsible for proactive, results-oriented, and recovery-focused guidance for clients with psychiatric and/or psychosocial issues.
- Supporting clients with addiction problems or those who have been in contact with the justice system.
- Allowing the client to maintain control.
- Coordinating and directing guidance, identifying opportunities, and taking action.
- Working with specific methodologies aimed at providing a sustainable home and reintegrating participants into society.
- Building and maintaining a network with collaborative partners and other stakeholders for optimal client support and participation.
- Being flexible in addressing client inquiries, including evenings or weekends.
Profile
- Sense of responsibility.
- Good collaboration with clients, colleagues, and the network.
- Experience with the target group.
- Relevant HBO diploma (SPH, social work, MWD, or similar).
- Strong connecting skills and a team player.
- Ability to stand firm.
- Willingness to invest in and work from the relationship.
