As a lead practitioner, you are responsible for the treatment policy for clients with complex psychiatric issues. You work from a recovery-oriented vision, where self-direction, social participation, and quality of life are important principles.
What you will do.
- Actively contribute to diagnostics, treatment, and policy development within a multidisciplinary team.
- Play an important role in guiding and training colleagues within the treatment chain.
- Maintain contact with the client network.
- Contribute to the further development of treatment visions and care innovations.
- Opportunities for growth into a management position within the organization for psychiatrists with leadership ambitions.
Profile
- Registered as a psychiatrist and possess a valid BIG registration.
- Registered with the Registratiecommissie Geneeskundig Specialisten (RGS).
- Affinity with EPA care and recovery-oriented work.
- Possess strong communication skills and enjoy multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Experience with complex psychiatric issues is a plus.
