Reintegration Consultant

A government organization is looking for a coaching and decisive supervisor who is energized by working together to achieve results.

• You help job seekers and have work experience with social legislation and regulations.
• You manage and guide residents with a short and longer distance to the labor market in their trajectory towards work.
• Sustainable outflow to paid work is paramount.
• You assess what the resident needs and work with the intention of enabling the resident to work or participate.
• You create connections within your network, including people receiving a Participation Act benefit, those not receiving a benefit (nuggers), people from the target group register, and people with an indication for sheltered work.
• With commitment, an open and professional attitude, you manage your own caseload.

What You Will Do.

• Independently conduct intake and progress interviews and draw up trajectory plans towards the labor market.
• Manage reintegration trajectories (develop, evaluate, and adjust action plans).
• Support and coach job seekers in finding work or voluntary work.
• Draw up reports to inform work and income consultants about progress.
• Collaborate with the employer service point and local and regional partners.
• Perform administrative tasks in the field of reintegration.
• Provide information on laws and regulations and refer to aid organizations.

What they ask

• Demonstrable completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level.
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 6 years as a reintegration/participation consultant at a government organization.
• Demonstrable work experience with Suite4SociaalDomein.
• Candidate agrees to the stated secondment conditions (bring your own device).

Preferences.

• Minimum 5 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 10 years as a reintegration consultant at a municipal institution, UWV, or SW company.
• Demonstrable work experience with specific instruments such as language training, vocational training, and instruments that can be used to increase employment opportunities.
• Demonstrable completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level in the field of Social Work, SJD, or MWD.
• Demonstrable experience in providing information.
