For the opening of a new store, we are looking for a driven Store Manager who wants to help establish the store. As Store Manager, you are the face of the organization in the store. You ensure that customers experience warm and professional service, that the team functions optimally, and that the store is always perfectly presented.
What you do
- Daily management of the store
- Ensuring excellent customer experience and service
- Motivating and guiding the sales team
- Responsible for store presentation and merchandising
- Monitoring sales results and targets
- Ensuring efficient team planning
- Actively participating in store operations
- Stock planning
Profile
- Experience in retail, preferably in a leadership role
- You are commercially oriented and results-driven
- You have a professional appearance and are customer-focused
- You are flexible and willing to work variable hours
- Occasional overtime during busy periods does not deter you
- You speak fluent Dutch and English
- French is a big plus
- You are passionate about sales, people
