As an HR Backoffice Employee, you are, together with HR colleagues, the linchpin within the HR department of various entities of an organization. You ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
What you will do.
- You process mutations related to inflow, throughflow, and outflow of personnel
- You keep personnel files up-to-date and complete
- You answer questions from colleagues and managers quickly, friendly, and with expertise
- You assist with absence registration and actively support the HR advisor throughout the entire absence management process
- You contribute ideas on how to make processes smarter and more efficient
- You actively contribute to various HR projects
Profile
- Minimum completed MBO or HBO education in HRM or a comparable field
- Experience (or strong affinity) with HR processes and systems, construction-related
- Accurate, structured, and able to switch gears during hectic periods
- Flexible, proactive, and strong in communication
