What you will do.

  • Perform complex tasks in the field of Civil Registry, International Private Law (IPR), Personal Records Database (BRP), nationality legislation, and naturalization.
  • Process (complex) mutations and corrections in the BRP.
  • Accept requests for migration, assess (foreign) source documents, and ensure their processing in the BRP.
  • Process naturalization requests and all other administrative tasks occurring in the back office.
  • Handle requests from people of nationalities other than Dutch.
  • Navigate specific laws and regulations.

What they ask

  • Demonstrable completed education at a minimum of MBO+ level.
  • Minimum of 1 year demonstrable work experience in the past 5 years as a back-office employee for civil affairs at a municipality.
  • Demonstrable work experience with Civil Registry and IPR Casuistry.
  • Demonstrable work experience with iBurgerzaken.

Preferences.

  • Demonstrable completed education in Civil Affairs.
  • Minimum of 2 years demonstrable work experience in the past 5 years as a back-office employee for civil affairs at a municipality.
  • Demonstrable work experience with BRP and AWB.
  • Demonstrable work experience with personal and family law, private law, identity and identity documents, and foreign legal facts in the BRP.
