For a large public organization, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to implement ISO27001 and NIS2. The strategic and policy basis has largely been developed; the focus is now on the concrete implementation of procedures, controls, evidence, and documentation. You ensure that these deliverables are followed up and realized in a timely manner. Additionally, you will provide organizational follow-up for various initiatives related to information and document management and Microsoft Purview.
What you do
- Coordinate the implementation of ISO27001 and NIS2
- Follow up on procedures, controls, evidence, and other concrete deliverables
- Provide organizational follow-up for sub-projects related to information and document management and Purview
- Follow up and motivate employees and stakeholders to deliver results on time
- Monitor scope, planning, budget, quality, risks
- Organize consultation moments and ensure clear communication between involved teams
- Report on progress, risks
- Ensure that processes and process changes are correctly documented
- Contribute to the preparation of a NIS2 audit and further compliance objectives
What they ask
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager within infrastructure or development projects
- Experience with medium to large projects where you were responsible for time, scope, budget
- Minimum 2 years of experience with ISO27001 implementations
- Good knowledge of NIS2
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMBOK
- Experience with risk and issue management
- Fluent Dutch at CEFR C2 level
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Independent, proactive, and strong in stakeholder management
Preferences.
- ISO27001 Lead Implementer certificate
- Knowledge and experience with ITIL
- Knowledge of the CyberFundamentals (CyFun) framework
- Experience with information and document management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Purview
- Experience with MS Project, Excel
- Experience within a public or large enterprise environment
- Experience with cybersecurity, compliance, or audit projects
