For an organization active in the banking sector, we are looking for an Administrative Credit Manager to temporarily strengthen a team. You will be responsible for the administrative follow-up and control of credit files. Specifically, you will verify documents and invoices and ensure that requests for fund releases comply with the agreed conditions.
What you will do.
- Control requests for the release of credit-related funds.
- Verify that the requested amounts correspond to the purpose of the mortgage loan.
- Control invoices and supporting documents.
- Verify that files are complete and comply with the required conditions.
- Ensure the administrative processing and follow-up of files.
- Ensure that files are handled correctly and accurately.
Profile
- Perfect command of French and Dutch.
- Rigorous, organized, and possessing good administrative skills.
- Interest in the credit sector and working with documents, figures, and files.
- Attention to detail and structured way of working.
- Initial experience in administration, file management, back-office, or customer service is a plus, but motivation is a priority.
- Experience in the banking sector, credit, or financial services is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Available as soon as possible.
