Care Assistant Plus and Nursing Assistant Night Shift

You are a Care Assistant Plus or Nursing Assistant and enjoy working night shifts.

You support residents with daily nocturnal care.
You offer a listening ear when residents become restless and ensure they fall back asleep with a smile.
You work in a flexible pool across various locations of a care organization.
You have flexibility and control over your schedule, with the certainty of a permanent employment contract.

What you do

You watch over residents while they sleep.
You start your shift with a round of the rooms, checking health and providing personal care.
You provide reassurance to restless residents and administer medication.
You respond promptly to care calls throughout the night.
You ensure a proper handover and preparation for the morning team.
In case of special circumstances or emergencies, you can rely on a colleague nurse.

You possess a valid BHV certificate or are willing to obtain one.
You enjoy working night shifts across different departments and locations within a care organization.
You hold a diploma for Nursing Assistant (or an equivalent level 3 qualification) or Care and Welfare Assistant level 2 supplemented with the Care Assistant Plus certificate.

You plan your own schedule via an app.
You determine how many hours you want to work.
You can work at various locations and departments.
The organization offers care and support to the elderly, including home care.
Care includes, among others, dementia care (PG), somatic care, hospice care, rehabilitation, N.A.H. (non-congenital brain injury), day activities, and day treatment.
