Simultaneously, you will be responsible for recruiting new employees. This includes writing job descriptions, conducting intake interviews, contract management, processing hours, and liaising with managers. Profile
- MBO+ or HBO level of thinking and working
- Experience with administrative tasks
- Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Proactive, strong communication, and accurate work attitude
- Experience in guiding employees or customer contact
- In possession of own car
- Willingness to travel weekly to a second location (travel time is within working hours)
