You are responsible for your own caseload and handle the intake of integration candidates. You support status holders and integration candidates towards economic, social, and societal self-reliance. You encourage them to integrate independently into society and prevent dropouts.
What you will do.
- Prepare residents for placement
- Guide residents at the workplace
- Be the point of contact for problems
- Prevent dropouts and work practically with the integration candidate
- Collaborate with the case manager, company coach, and employer advisor
- Deploy all necessary instruments and activities
Profile

- Affinity with working with integration candidates
- Knowledge of the current integration market
What they ask
- Minimum completed HBO (higher professional education) degree (must be evident from CV)

- Demonstrable recent knowledge and experience as an integration client manager (describe in CV)
- Recent knowledge and experience working with Suite (describe in CV)
- Recent extensive knowledge of the participation and integration law (describe in CV)
- Demonstrable competencies (assessed through interview or case studies)
