An organization is looking for two BIM Coordinators for a water board in the Randstad region.
What you do
- Coordinating BIM models in the design phase, execution phase, and upon delivery;
- Actively contributing to contractual requirements for external parties (specifically creating the Information Delivery Specification per project);
- Determining and documenting what is needed for an individual project to meet the applicable BIM objective;
- Acting as a sparring partner for project teams;
- Hands-on steering of BIM maturity within projects;
- Collaborating with project managers to manage document control (ISO 19650).
What they ask
- HBO working and thinking level with at least a demonstrable technical background in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, and/or electrical engineering at MBO-4 level;
- Knowledge of ISO-19650;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in coordinating BIM models;
- Experience in writing and/or assessing BIM Execution Plans;
- Experience in guiding multidisciplinary teams;
- Experience with Autodesk Forma as DMS.
Preferences.
- Experience with decompositions and classifications;
- Experience with Revit and/or Civil3D modeling.
Profile
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken;
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical managers, contract managers, designers, and modelers;
- Dares to take the lead in coordinating meetings where the BIM model reflects the current status of the project;
- Has a drive to work towards a high-quality delivery dossier.
