Youth Protector

• You play a crucial coordinating role in collaborating with families, chain partners, and other important stakeholders.
• You monitor the stability of the situation and intervene if it deteriorates to ensure the safety of children.
• You guide families, conduct firm conversations, and offer clear support, often in complex problem situations.
• You balance physical presence with families and updating files.
• You carefully document all information for follow-up.
• You collaborate with various partners such as government agencies, police, and educational institutions for an effective approach.

• Completed Bachelor's degree (e.g., Social Work, MWD, Pedagogy).
• Registration in the SKJ register.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with families and/or youth. Experience in another field with complex issues is a plus.
• Energy, courage, and perseverance to tackle challenging situations and find satisfaction in achieving small results.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for conducting conversations, building connections, and writing clear documents.

Practical aspects.

• During the initial period, you will work with an onboarding mentor.
• A practical coach will provide content support and tools.
• You will have time to get acquainted and observe colleagues.
• After approximately 9-12 months, you will function independently as a youth protector.
• The team combines working from home with office days, with bi-weekly meetings for case discussions and knowledge sharing.
• Regular lunches, team outings, and training sessions are organized.
