This role focuses on helping various organizations in the public and private sectors demonstrate compliance and gain better control over risks. This includes ensuring adherence to standards such as ISO 27001, NEN 7510, DORA, and over forty other standards using a specialized software solution. The goal is to support clients in achieving results with the software.
What you do
- Ensure clients demonstrably gain control and their management system is ready for audits.
- Facilitate effective software usage and prevent clients from getting stuck.
- Identify opportunities for client retention and growth, and conduct renewal discussions.
- Proactively detect lower activity in software usage and intervene to help clients progress.
What they ask
- At least three years of experience in customer success within B2B software, including managing and expanding your own client portfolio.
- HBO (higher professional education) level of thinking and working.
- Affinity with information security, privacy, ARBO (occupational health and safety), or internal control is a significant plus.
- Takes responsibility and completes what is started.
- Oversees multiple clients simultaneously.
- Takes initiative when needed.
- Switches between content, relationship management, and commercial aspects.
- Clear written communication skills in Dutch.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.

- You will work in a small team with short lines of communication and a growing client base.
- You will receive your own client portfolio and responsibility for the results.
- You will work with a proven approach and contribute to continuous improvement.
- You will be close to the client and the product, and your observations can help shape the software.
- You will communicate directly with clients' CISO's, privacy officers, and quality managers.
