- You identify issues, coordinate with colleagues, and offer support where needed.
- You act professionally in complex situations, balancing adaptability and setting boundaries.
- The focus is on guidance, with less administration.
Profile
- Completed MBO-4 or HBO healthcare diploma (required), e.g., Social Work, SPH, Nursing.
- You are resilient and self-assured.
- You adapt quickly and professionally.
- Work experience is a plus, not a requirement.
- A diploma is necessary for independent and professional deployment within teams.
Practical
- You work within a specific region.
- Locations, target groups, and assignments are determined based on your expertise and preferences.
- You participate as a full-fledged colleague within the team.
- You can choose to work with clients with a mild intellectual disability or clients requiring more intensive support.
- Collaboration takes place with colleagues, relatives, and specialists.
- Shifts are in the early, late, or weekend hours, typically between 7:00 AM and 10:30 PM.
- Night or sleep shifts are rare and are always agreed upon in advance.
