Organize, coordinate, and optimize all maintenance activities within a modern warehouse environment.
- Ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of technical installations, machines, and logistical systems.
- Establish and monitor maintenance schedules, with a focus on preventive maintenance and preventing breakdowns.
- Coordinate and monitor work performed by external suppliers and contractors.
- Monitor quality, timing, and compliance with agreements made.
- Analyze technical problems and assess maintenance needs.
- Propose and implement sustainable technical solutions and improvements.
- Collaborate with internal operational departments and external technical partners.
- Contribute to technical projects, process optimizations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure an efficient maintenance organization and installations in optimal condition.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent by experience.
- Several years of relevant work experience in maintenance, technical operations, or a similar environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial installations and maintenance processes.
- Knowledge of or experience with conveyors, production machines, automated installations, Automatic Highbay systems, and forklifts or reach trucks.
- Experience in managing and monitoring technicians or external contractors is a plus.
- Analytical thinking and an eye for safety, quality, and detail.
- Strong administrative skills and accurate in following up on maintenance schedules and suppliers.
- Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Flexible and willing to work exceptionally on Saturdays for planned maintenance work, on average no more than once a month.
