A group practice is looking for an enthusiastic independent home nurse to strengthen its team. You work independently, but can rely on the strength of a team, collegiality, and a professional group practice.
What you do
- Provides nursing care and performs technical nursing procedures
- Follows up on patients and pays attention to their needs and quality of life
- Builds a relationship of trust with patients and their relatives
- Works independently and takes responsibility for the care provided
- Coordinates with colleagues and other healthcare providers where necessary
- Contributes to good continuity and quality of care
- Has room to organize your work independently, within the agreements of the group practice
