This assignment is part of a strategic transformation program within a major player in Asset Management. The mission takes place within the Investment Operations – Mandate Accounting team. It is responsible for the production, control, and validation of portfolio valuations for institutional mandates. The team ensures the reliability of valuation data, its dissemination to downstream applications, and the quality of controls implemented throughout the production process.
The objective is to ensure reliable and timely production of portfolio valuations, while securing operational processes and contributing to the resolution of incidents impacting production.
What you do
- Produce weekly and monthly portfolio valuation cycles within the portfolio management system.
- Control and validate institutional mandate valuations before their dissemination.
- Analyze discrepancies and investigate anomalies identified in control reports.
- Coordinate activities with Reporting teams and various stakeholders to ensure reliable and timely production.
- Apply the defined control mechanism to ensure a high level of operational quality.
- Actively contribute to the resolution of operational incidents and participate in their long-term treatment.
- Document encountered incidents and collaborate with Data teams in their analysis and resolution.
- Escalate recurring or critical incidents likely to impact operational efficiency or risk level.
