Practice Assistant Health Center
Within a government organization, the health and deployability of employees are central. As a practice assistant, you provide integrated care under non-operational conditions. You work in a specific environment with diverse care needs, which makes the work varied and distinctive compared to a regular general practitioner's practice. You play a pioneering role within the team and contribute to the quality and organization of care.
What you will do.
- Vaccinating employees;
- Performing outpatient day services, including medical procedures such as vaccinations, ear lavages, wound care, and assisting with interventions;
- Telephone triage, where you assess patients' requests for help, prioritize them, and organize appropriate care or advice;
- Preparing travel advice;
- Performing additional administrative tasks;
- Performing pharmacy duties, including processing and dispensing medication, inventory management, and supporting safe medication transfer to the patient;
- Checking medication stocks and reporting shortages.
Profile
You remain calm and work in a customer-oriented manner. You enjoy working both within a team and independently. You are reliable, committed, knowledgeable, and have a proactive attitude.
What they ask
- An MBO 4 diploma as a doctor's assistant;
- Preferably registered in the KABIZ quality register;
- Preferably experience within a general practitioner's practice;
- Knowledge of triage.
