You will join a renowned international group active in accounting, tax, and administrative support for both Belgian and international clients. The structure includes about twenty employees, divided into several teams with junior, medior, and senior profiles. Each team benefits from the guidance of a supervisor. You will work on a deliberately limited number of highly technical cases, including for companies active in real estate, commerce, new technologies, and investment funds.

What you will do.
- You support the various supervisors in managing their teams and provide your expertise when necessary.
- You ensure the overall monitoring of accounting activities and the proper organization of portfolios within the different teams.
- You are involved in the integration of new clients and participate in the distribution of files based on the skills and capacities of each team.
- You contribute to the development of employees by guiding them on technical aspects and promoting knowledge transfer.
- You participate in the implementation of training, interviews, and performance evaluations.
- You are also in regular contact with accounting managers from other international offices to ensure effective communication, reliable reporting, and consistency in working methods.
- You actively contribute to the growth of the department while maintaining significant freedom in managing your responsibilities.
Profile
- You are a certified accountant and wish to apply your experience in an international environment.
- You have at least 7 years of experience in a fiduciary or comparable environment, with significant initial experience in team management.
- Your professional English level allows you to communicate easily with international clients and the group's various teams.
- You are a person capable of supporting your employees by prioritizing delegation, trust, and accountability.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and are comfortable with preparing reports and presenting results.
