Within a specialized department of a healthcare organization, you will work as a Gz-psychologist with clients struggling with addiction and personality disorders. This often involves clients for whom previous treatments have not yielded sufficient results. The department offers a part-time treatment program in which clients participate. You will conduct both individual and group therapy and work closely within a team with the goal of helping clients gain more control over addiction and break dysfunctional patterns.
You will be part of an experienced and close-knit team of therapists, where collegiality and shared care are central. The work is based on schema therapy, and ample opportunities are provided for intervision, supervision, and attending courses.
What you will do.
- You will treat clients with personality disorders, individually and in groups, using SFT and EMDR/IE.
- You will establish treatment indications, create treatment plans, and monitor the treatment process.
- You will guide and coach the schema therapy staff within the team.
- You will actively contribute to the development and shaping of the treatment program and treatment offerings.
- There is room to further develop experience with a creative therapy.
In addition to these activities, a combined function with another department is possible, for example, with a psychodiagnostic center of the organization.
Profile
- BIG-registered Gz-psychologist with experience and/or affinity in the treatment of addiction and personality disorders.
- Minimum of the recognized basic course in schema therapy.
- Empathetic, strong in communication, and able to motivate and stimulate clients.
- A true team player who collaborates for the best care and actively contributes to innovation in mental healthcare.
- Affinity with creative therapy is a plus.
- A positive Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is required.
- Reference checks and diploma verification are part of the application procedure.
