What you will do.
- Guide mediation processes between employers and employees
- Conduct intake interviews and discussions, and draft mediation agreements
- Advise organizations on conflict prevention and collaboration
- Work in line with MfN guidelines
- Perform activities that contribute to the growth of the organization and align with your interests
