What you do
- Gather information from various healthcare and welfare organizations, municipalities, health insurers, and fellow data analysts
- Translate healthcare and policy issues into data-driven analyses
- Provide insights into what these analyses mean for professionals, policymakers
- Recognize differences between data sources, investigate their impact on analyses, and ensure careful interpretation of results
- Develop, test, document, and maintain reproducible analyses
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and translate them into clear insights and actionable perspectives
- Collaborate closely with the Data Steward on applying and improving definitions, quality agreements, and governance frameworks
- Ensure analyses align with agreed standards and data quality within the regional collaboration
- Contribute to building a logical data structure within the project
Profile
- HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level (e.g., in information science, econometrics, health sciences, data analysis, or a comparable field)
- Demonstrable experience with data analyses and translating complex issues into actionable insights
- Experience with SQL and data processing
- Experience with Python and/or R is a plus
- Knowledge of statistical analysis methods and research methods
- Affinity with healthcare data, population analyses, and societal issues
- Experience with regional collaborations or chain collaborations where data quality, governance, privacy, and data exchange play an important role is a plus
- Curious, detail-oriented, accurate
- Skilled in visualizing and presenting results to various target groups
- Enjoys collaborating with diverse organizations
