At a technical service provider, we are looking for a lead installation technician for projects at, among others, municipalities, offices, distribution centers, and schools. You will have a lot of freedom, work with different techniques, and can count on a close-knit team.
What you do
As a lead installation technician, you are responsible for the execution of assembly and installation work on climate control systems. You will guide fellow technicians and ensure that everyone works safely, efficiently, and according to technical specifications. You monitor the quality and progress of the work and maintain contact with clients, colleagues, and the project leader. You identify additional or reduced work in a timely manner and report it clearly.
In addition, you actively contribute to technical and organizational improvements. Your activities include:
- Guiding and supervising fellow technicians
- Assembling and installing climate control systems
- Monitoring quality, safety
- Identifying and reporting additional or reduced work
- Coordinating with clients and the project leader
You will work with various techniques, such as thick and thin-walled installations, refrigeration machines, heat pumps, air ducts, measurement and control technology, and plumbing. This means no two projects are the same.
Profile
You are an experienced technician who likes to take responsibility and guide colleagues in a clear and positive manner. You maintain an overview, work safely, and communicate easily with clients and colleagues. When the planning changes or a technical problem arises, you think in solutions. In addition:
- You have an MBO diploma in installation technology level 3 or 4
- You have experience with mechanical climate control systems
- You can guide and supervise fellow technicians
- You are customer-oriented, flexible
- You possess a driver's license B
