Environmental Law Enforcement Jurist

• Deliver legal advice and documents for complex enforcement cases, including enforcement requests, illegal construction, conflicting use, or environmental violations.
• Independently handle objection and appeal procedures, including drafting statements of defense and pleadings.
• Represent the organization during court hearings.

• Execute the assignment based on own knowledge, experience, and planning.
• Utilize own resources where possible.
• Coordinate with internal and/or external stakeholders as needed.
• Access to necessary digital systems will be provided.
• Progress meetings will take place at pre-agreed times.

What they ask

• HBO or WO degree (higher professional education or university education).
• Demonstrable expertise in administrative law and environmental law.
• Ability to provide a valid VOG (Certificate of Conduct) upon award of the contract.
• Screening based on criteria 11 and 12.

Preferences.

• Recent knowledge and experience working with Zaaksysteem and Rx Mission (please describe with concrete examples).
• Recent work experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Good communication skills.

• Approximately 2 days per week in the office.
