What you will do.
- Support users with IT-related questions and problems (1st and 2nd line)
- Maintain, test, and improve connections via APIs between different systems
- Work with SQL databases: execute queries, perform data analyses, and resolve errors
- Contribute to the optimization of existing applications and processes
- (Preference) Manage and develop within FileMaker environments
Profile
You are curious, think in solutions, and easily switch between technology and users. You enjoy diving into systems and are energized by improving processes.
