The desired situation is a data-driven approach that provides policymakers, implementers, and program managers with insight into the use and effectiveness of sustainability schemes for SMEs.
The goal is to gain insight into the use of sustainability schemes by SMEs and to identify the necessary data, KPIs, and analysis capabilities required to answer policy and implementation questions. Intended results include, among other things, an overview of the schemes implemented within a government organization, an overview of available and missing data sources, a set of business questions and KPIs, and a proof of concept or initial analysis.
What you will do. This assignment focuses on gaining insight into the distribution of government resources to support SMEs in sustainability (by company size, sector). SMEs are crucial in achieving the climate agreement's objectives and form an important target group for the organization. The data required for this is fragmented, and the unlocking of data from various source systems is not yet organized.
The project leader/analyst acts as a connecting link between data owners, privacy and information security advisors, and related initiatives.

- Demonstrable work experience as a project/program manager within the national government, preferably within implementing organizations
