Financial administration employee
As a financial administration employee, you ensure that the organization's financial data is processed correctly, completely, and on time. You maintain an overview, work accurately, and find it important that everything behind the scenes is well organized. You ensure that the administration is correct and that internal stakeholders can rely on the figures. You also contribute ideas on how processes can be made smarter, easier, or more efficient.
What you do
- Process, check, and monitor financial data
- Prepare specifications and process entries on suspense accounts
- Handle recharges, for example for home improvements, keys, or final inspection costs
- Process service and heating costs, meter readings, and associated settlements
- Support financial reporting, annual accounts, and other overviews
- Provide backup support for accounts payable and accounts receivable administration
Profile
- You work independently, but also easily seek collaboration
- You are in contact with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and other external parties
- You can clearly explain financial information
What they ask
- Mbo+ working and thinking level (Dutch vocational education level)
- A completed financial education, for example in modern business administration or similar
- Experience in a financial administrative role
- Good knowledge of financial administrations and preferably experience with automated systems
- An accurate and structured way of working
