What you do
- Challenge requirements and identify where AI can genuinely add value
- Advise senior stakeholders and help turn ambitious ideas into practical, scalable solutions
- Help shape the organization’s approach to AI governance and responsible AI
- Develop practical frameworks and processes around AI use cases, risk, investment, value, and regulatory requirements such as the EU AI Act
- Act as a senior point of reference for the wider Data Science and AI team
- Share expertise, review solutions, and help other team members develop their capabilities
What they ask
- A senior Data Science or AI professional with 7+ years’ experience who has delivered solutions from initial business idea through to production
- Strong technical expertise across Python, SQL, Machine Learning, and Generative AI
- Strong background in:
- Data Science, Machine Learning
- Python and SQL
- Generative AI / LLM solutions
- MLOps and production
- AI strategy and governance
- Working with senior business and technology stakeholders
- Coaching or mentoring other Data Scientists
- Experience within a regulated environment, together with an understanding of responsible AI and the EU AI Act, would be highly valuable
- Fluent in English and either French or Dutch
