What you do
As a foreman, you are the point of contact on the construction site.
- Directing and coordinating the construction team on the site
- Monitoring planning, quality, and safety during execution
- Daily coordination with the project manager and other disciplines
- Performing technical work and, if necessary, getting hands-on
- Ensuring a good working atmosphere and motivation within the team
- Checking materials and tools and timely signaling shortages
- Contributing to optimizations in the construction process and thinking along about practical solutions

Profile
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a foreman in small-scale construction or a similar role
- Technical knowledge of construction processes, materials
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a team
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Fluent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
You are an experienced foreman who knows the construction site inside out. You have an eye for detail and can easily switch between different tasks. You can interact well with your team, clients, and subcontractors. You take responsibility, do not shy away from problems, and always look for the best solution.
