As a traffic controller, you work outdoors on various projects. No day is the same. You operate in busy locations where safety and clarity are crucial. Projects range from streamlining traffic at intersections to guiding visitors to parking spaces at events, or securing work sites. You depart from home for your projects, which are typically within an hour's travel time from your residence.

Opportunities for free training and certifications, such as BRL and VCA, are available, as well as a growth path to coordinator within approximately two years.

What you do

  • Work outdoors on various projects.
  • Ensure smooth traffic flow at busy intersections.
  • Guide visitors to parking areas at events.
  • Ensure safety at work sites and redirect traffic.

What they ask

  • Willingness to obtain BRL and VCA certificates (costs covered).
  • Ability to apply for a VOG (Certificate of Conduct).
  • Fluent in Dutch for communication with clients, instructions, and colleagues.
  • Possession of a driver's license for travel to projects.
