As head of real estate management, you lead a diverse team of approximately 50 professionals. This team consists of, among others, real estate managers/advisors, technical experts, usage managers, site managers, contract managers, business economists, and front and back-office staff. An important task is the implementation of the execution plan with the aim of sustainable and accessible real estate.
Specifically, this concerns all buildings of a government organization, such as the city hall and the multifunctional centers. In this way, you make the city more inclusive and ready for the future every day. You derive satisfaction from your main task: leading the department together with the coordinators and the teams within it. Given the size of the department, an adjustment of the structure is necessary, and steps have already been taken in this regard. Further elaboration still needs to take place.
