We are looking for an experienced interim manager who not only leads but also actively creates movement. Someone who quickly identifies what is happening, builds trust, and then takes control. You will play an important role in guiding a team leader, ensuring that the team leader becomes stronger in their own leadership role.
What you do
- Lead an experienced team of bailiffs and security personnel.
- Initiate and actually realize change.
- Structure roles, responsibilities, and working agreements.
- Improve processes and ensure a professional way of working.
- Discuss difficult topics and handle resistance professionally.
- Create support without losing decisiveness.
- Identify bottlenecks and translate them into concrete solutions.
- Intensively coach and guide a team leader.
- Empower the team leader, without taking over their position.

- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level.
- Demonstrable experience with bailiffs, security personnel, or similar operational/uniformed teams.
- Demonstrable experience within the domain of physical safety and/or security.
- Demonstrable experience as an interim, change, and/or operational manager.
- Demonstrable experience with change and improvement assignments.
- Demonstrable leadership qualities and decisiveness.
- A strong process-oriented and structured way of working.
- Demonstrable coaching skills.
Desired.
- Experience within a legal or government organization is a clear advantage.
