The location is a care facility where intensive care and a pleasant atmosphere come together. Approximately 50 clients with severe multiple disabilities, some of whom are aging, live here, spread across five small-scale residences. Each residence accommodates nine residents with severe multiple disabilities and a unique mix of care and support needs. The LACCS methodology is applied, where care and day activities seamlessly intertwine. The day center is a lively place where clients thrive.
What you will do. As a supervisor, you provide daily support and care to clients. You are close by, identify needs, and respond to them.
- Guide clients in daily life
- Provide structure, safety
- Respond to clients' behavior and lived experience
- Collaborate with colleagues and the network around the client
- Report and contribute to appropriate care planning
Profile
- Affinity with severe multiple disabilities and intensive care
- Flexible availability (shifts + weekends)
- Stand firm and remain calm in behavioral challenges
- Eager to learn and develop yourself
- Enjoy teamwork and reflect on your actions
- Possess a level 3 or 4 care diploma, or be motivated to obtain one
