As an HR consultant, you are daily visible on the work floor.
What you will do.
- Conduct a round through the production environment and maintain contact with employees.
- Assist new colleagues on their first workday.
- Answer questions about contracts or planning.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for temporary employees and managers.
- Perform HR administration, including processing contracts, personnel changes, and data in various systems.
- Ensure personnel files are always up-to-date and complete.
- Answer questions on HR-related topics.
- Support absenteeism registrations and administrative follow-up.
- Schedule interviews for new candidates.
- Send invitations for onboarding.
- Coordinate with colleagues and manager on personnel planning.
- Contribute ideas and propose improvements for processes.
Profile
- Enthusiastic HR professional who takes responsibility.
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment.
- MBO-4 work and thinking level in HR or comparable.
- Good command of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with contract management and onboarding is a plus.
- In possession of driving license B and own transport.
- Proactive, accommodating, and focused on collaboration.
