Bring policy, implementation, and partners together in projects that visibly improve the social domain. You will have the opportunity to work as a Project Leader Social Domain on assignments for municipalities and public organizations through a consultancy firm. You will combine the variety of working on different social projects with the security, guidance, and development opportunities of a committed organization.
What you will do.
- Lead and coordinate projects within the social domain (e.g., Youth, Wmo, Participation, social development, access, regional cooperation, or policy implementation)
- Translate societal challenges into concrete project goals and actions
- Establish and monitor planning, results, risks
- Connect policy, implementation, management, and external partners
- Manage project teams, working groups
- Prepare administrative decision-making and advice
- Guide implementation and change processes
- Discuss bottlenecks, interests
- Monitor progress, quality
- Ensure project results are embedded within the line organization
Profile
- HBO or university level of thinking and working
- Experience within the social domain, for example Youth, Wmo, Participation, social development
- Experience as a project leader, project coordinator, policy advisor, program officer, process manager, or similar role
- Knowledge of municipal processes or public organizations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with project-based work, implementation, or change processes
- Ability to connect stakeholders and discuss interests
- Political-administrative sensitivity, or the ambition to develop this further
- The motivation to visibly advance social projects
