- Coordinate diverse stakeholders, safeguard governance and compliance.

What you do
- Own bids end-to-end: from qualification through submission.
- Act as the central driver of governance, approvals, and formal compliance.
- Ensure responses meet all client, legal, and procurement requirements.
- Coordinate sales, delivery, legal, finance, and technical stakeholders.
- Write, edit, and structure bid content to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact.
- Identify risks early and guide teams toward practical solutions.
- Continuously improve bid processes and help integrate AI-enabled tools.
What they ask
- Proven experience with RFI/RFP processes in regulated or formal procurement environments.
- Experience in working on EU tenders.
- Able to clearly explain and apply bid compliance in EU tenders, including documentation control, formal requirements, governance, and submission rules.
- Experience in Bid Management, Sales Support, or PMO roles.
- Experience working in structured, deadline-driven environments.
- APMP certification at Foundation or Practitioner level is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills and confidence managing multiple deadlines.
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong writing, editing, and information-structuring skills.
- Comfortable working in Word, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams).
- Fluent Dutch (mandatory) and strong English for international collaboration.
- Curious mindset and interest in innovation and AI in the sales process.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership.
