This assignment is for a replacement due to parental leave, for a period of approximately 11 months. You will ensure the operational coordination and continuity of marketing activities within a Belgian laboratory specialized in micronutrition.
What you will do.
- Deployment of the calendar and coordination of marketing campaigns
- CRM, newsletters, targeting, and marketing automation
- Operational management of the e-shop
- Updating the corporate website and the Professional Area
- Coordination of new product launches
- Digital communication and content
- Organization of webinars and associated campaigns
- Coordination of agencies and partners
- Collection, consolidation, and first-level analysis of KPIs
Profile
- Ideally 2 to 4 years of experience in operational and digital marketing. A profile with less experience may also be considered if real autonomy is demonstrated.
- Good experience in CRM/emailing and e-commerce is particularly important.
- Organized, autonomous, resourceful, and pragmatic.
- Excellent sense of priorities and ability to identify project blockers.
- Experience in project management, coordination of service providers, and tracking retro-planning is a significant asset.
- Experience in health, nutrition, pharma, or a regulated environment is a real asset.
- Knowledge of tools such as Dialog Insight, PrestaShop, WordPress, Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta, LinkedIn, or Canva is appreciated.
- A good command of generative AI tools and the ability to use them effectively in a marketing context are also appreciated.
