Project Secretary Environmental Manager

You will be part of a project team focused on the protection and development of an estuary, in collaboration with various stakeholders. The project is in the exploration phase and aims to improve relationships and trust between regional parties by developing future visions and potential redevelopment plans. A regional government agency is leading this project.

What you will do.

  • Support the project leader with planning, organization, procedures, decision-making, and planning documents.
  • Maintain contacts with all involved parties and keep them engaged in the process.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings, including administrative and executive meetings.
  • Perform supporting tasks such as scheduling appointments, reserving meeting rooms, and drafting minutes.
  • Contribute to the reporting of the participation process by mapping the identity, ambitions, interests, and knowledge of participants.
  • Ensure and monitor communication with the environment, including regular newsletters and maintaining information on various web pages.
  • Organize discussions, information meetings, and celebratory moments to inventory the wishes and interests of all involved parties.
  • Proactively identify topics from the environment that may influence the quality of the process and future projects.
  • Actively contribute to collaboration with other relevant internal teams.

Profile

You will work in support of the project leader and area manager. You will act as a central point of contact, sparring partner, and advisor, providing solicited and unsolicited advice. You will be co-responsible for maintaining internal and external contacts and overseeing relationships with other relevant policy areas.
